YES! All Sorbets are dairy free and gluten free
Yes. All our sorbets are suitable for vegan diets.
– As a functioning ingredient air makes a light fluffy end product.
– As an ingredient to keep costs as low as possible, air is still free and the more a company can whip into their end product the more their cost is reduced.
You can weigh the difference. Economy ice cream weighs 9 ozs per pint; super premium weighs 12 ozs per pint; Fiorello’s weighs 18 ozs per pint.
