Dear Fiorello’s fans,
When I first started Fiorello’s as a single scoop shop in 1982, my goal was to achieve the highest quality gelato as far as possible.
It took me a full year of upstream steadfast commitment to fulfill it.
Without any clear understanding on how to make business, I was hoping to start an “airless” ice cream revolution even if it meant that I had to sacrifice profits for premium flavors.
Over 40+ years of business, I’ve never ever compromised the quality of our gelato and I will never do so.
Growing up in an Italian-American neighborhood taught me that good and authentic food always brings happiness.
Fiorello’s Artisan gelato is an ongoing journey driven by family, passion and sharing. All these years we have been educating, sharing and caring for our growing number of true gelato lovers.
